Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, you have 15 days from delivery to request a return or refund.
How it works
- Email us at contact@australian-steampunk-bazaar.com with your order number and the reason, within 15 days of delivery.
- Once approved, in most cases we'll refund you without asking you to ship anything back — you keep the item, at no extra cost or hassle.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
To be eligible, items should be unworn/unused, with tags and in original packaging (we may ask for a photo).
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or short video and we'll make it right — a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
Exceptions (non-returnable)
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Used or worn items
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
