Construction of This Steampunk Top Hat
The crown carries a cluster of hardware: a gold butterfly medallion sits beside a winged gear and a small ship's wheel charm, all fixed above black openwork lace trim with a scalloped edge. A cascade of black beaded chain drapes from the medallions down across the brim, and a black feather plume rises from the crown peak. Two brown ribbon straps trail from the side, left loose for tying or letting hang.
